A blank paper is bare and an important document printed on it lacks the seriousness of the correspondence. Letterhead is very important in any business you are in. It gives all the necessary information about your company and it bears your logo.

Using custom-made letterhead is very important when sending correspondence to customers. Letterhead that includes color, your logo, or just a little bit of creativity is important to branding and showing your customers that you are professional.

Customizing letterhead is an inexpensive way of giving you a little flare.

Letterhead is printed in 1 or 2 color, one side only and is available in 3 paper options

  • 1/0 Black Ink Front (1 Color Black Front, Blank Back)
  • 1/0 PMS Front (1 PMS Color Front, Blank Back)
  • 2/0 Black Ink & PMS Front (Black & 1 PMS Color Front, Back Blank)
  • 2/0 2 PMS Front (2 PMS Color Front, Blank Back)
    Uncoated Paper Stock - Color Effect
    Please note that "Uncoated" Letterhead and Envelope paper stocks tend to absorb more color into the paper than a coated paper stock. This means that dark colors like Black, Purple, Blue, Brown, etc. soak deeper into the paper fibers and cause their color sharpness to drop. To avoid this color effect, we suggest that you use lighter colors when off-set printing onto uncoated paper stocks.

Bleed:

    NO BLEED, .3125" white area (no ink or printing) required all around for the gripper

Turnaround Options:

    5 Business Days
For Example:
    On 5 Business Day Turnaround, if you send your 1-2 color offset Letterhead printing files before 11:30 a.m. (CST) on Monday, you will receive an online proof within 24 hours after files have been uploaded. If you approve your proof before 3:00 p.m. (CST) on Monday, then your job will be ready for shipping at 4:00 p.m. (CST) on Monday the following week. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered a Business Day Turnaround.
