A blank paper is bare and an important document printed on it lacks the seriousness of the correspondence. Letterhead is very important in any business you are in. It gives all the necessary information about your company and it bears your logo.

Using custom-made letterhead is very important when sending correspondence to customers. Letterhead that includes color, your logo, or just a little bit of creativity is important to branding and showing your customers that you are professional.

Size Options:

    The sizes shown in the drop down menu are the finished sizes of the products

Color Options:

  • 4/0 (4 Color Front, Empty Back) = Four color process (CMYK) printed on front side and without printing on the back
  • 4/4 (4 Color Both Sides) = Four color process (CMYK) printed on both sides of a sheet - front and back
    Uncoated Paper Stock - Color Effect
    Please note that "Uncoated" Letterhead and Envelope paper stocks tend to absorb more color into the paper than a coated paper stock. This means that dark colors like Black, Purple, Blue, Brown, etc. soak deeper into the paper fibers and cause their color sharpness to drop. To avoid this color effect, we suggest that you use lighter colors when off-set printing onto uncoated paper stocks.

Paper Options:

  • 70# Opaque Smooth White, Uncoated = Our Premium House Letterhead Stock used with matching Envelopes

Coating Options:

  • No Coating = The piece is printed on the paper stock with no additional or protective coating

Bleed:

    YES, Bleed must extend further than the cut line. Using one of our PrintCity.com Templates can help you visualize this. Please keep all text and anything you do not want cut at least .125" away from the cut line

Turnaround Options:

    5-7 Business Days
For Example:
    On 5 Business Day Turnaround, if you send your 4 color offset Letterhead printing files before 11:30 a.m. (CST) on Monday, you will receive an online proof within 24 hours after files have been uploaded. If you approve your proof before 3:00 p.m. (CST) on Monday, then your job will be ready for shipping at 4:00 p.m. (CST) on Monday the following week. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered a Business Day Turnaround.
