Envelope printing is a great way to make sure your customers and potential customers open their mail from you.

Whether it's a letter, advertisement or special promotion, it is important that it is being seen.

Many times, people will throw away a piece of mail that is blank or looks unprofessional. With all the junk mail people receive today, you need to make sure you stand out.

We can help you do that by creating an envelope that is professional and lets your customer know who the piece of mail is coming from by making it unique to your company.

Envelopes are printed 1 or 2 color on one side only with NO bleed. There is no printing on the back side and you have 4 paper stocks to choose from.

  • #9 Standard Envelope:3.875" x 8.875" Enclosure: 3.75" x 8.675"
  • #10 Standard Envelope: 4.125" x 9.5" Enclosure: 4" x 9.25"
  • #10 Standard Window Envelope: 4.125" x 9.5" Enclosure: 4" x 9.25"

Color Options:

  • 1/0 Black Ink Front (1 Color Black Front, Blank Back)
  • 1/0 PMS Front (1 PMS Color Front, Blank Back)
  • 2/0 Black Ink & PMS Front (Black & 1 PMS Color Front, Back Blank)
  • 2/0 2 PMS Front (2 PMS Color Front, Blank Back)
    Uncoated Paper Stock - Color Effect
    Please note that "Uncoated" Letterhead and Envelope paper stocks tend to absorb more color into the paper than a coated paper stock. This means that dark colors like Black, Purple, Blue, Brown, etc. soak deeper into the paper fibers and cause their color sharpness to drop. To avoid this color effect, we suggest that you use lighter colors when off-set printing onto uncoated paper stocks.

Bleed:

    NO BLEED, .3125" white area (no ink or printing) required all around for the gripper

Turnaround Options:

    5 Business Days
For Example:
    On 5 Business Day Turnaround, if you send your 1-2 color offset Envelope printing files before 11:30 a.m. (CST) on Monday, you will receive an online proof within 24 hours after files have been uploaded. If you approve your proof before 3:00 p.m. (CST) on Monday, then your job will be ready for shipping at 4:00 p.m. (CST) on Monday the following week. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered a Business Day Turnaround.
