  1. Color Standard Variation: if your project requires exact color consistency and matching, we suggest ordering a hard copy proof to confirm any possible variances in colors.

  2. Damaged shipments: shipments that are damaged in transit must be claimed with pictures and backup proof to present to the Freight Company for a claim.

  3. Delayed shipments: Shipments are delayed because of natural causes, freight company mistakes or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

  4. Artwork and other errors: grammatical, spelling, punctuation, low-resolution artwork, design errors, color errors (by Design or Customer artwork), layout, hole drilling, folding, etc.

If Mailing Services and Mailing Fees are provided to the Job, PrintCity.com is not responsible for these charges or errors made by USPS for delay, loss or damaged goods.
